We do not subcontract installation engineers. Having specialised engineers in-house ensures that our customers receive an exceptional standard of service due to expert knowledge and full control of service prioritisation.
One of our greater advantages is that we (unlike most of our competitors) do not use external finance companies. We feel that using such facilities lends to a poorer after sales service as the products have been paid for in full in advance. Cloud Telematics are in a position to finance the products and services you wish to purchase using their own funds.
We believe that this provides the customer with greater control whilst emphasising the faith we have in our products and the commitment we have to you as the customer.
